After studying the requirement of customer’s enquiry placed to us.,  We shortlist few properties from our Property Verification checklist holder and provide the complete details of the same to our customers. Once our customer refines the same short listed properties, we fix the schedule for property inspection.

We obtain from our Customer  Service Contract Form  duly signed before property inspection, and Customer’s Opinion on Property Inspection Slip   by filling yes / no on our printed slip.

We arrange the Customer’s meeting with the property owner’s once the customer is eager to know more about the property or negotiate the price if required.

We take care of complete legal documentation and necessary formalities required by the concerned authorities.

We prepare the Check List at the time of Possession to our customer and also guide them necessary utility service providers nearby area at the time of possession.   

We obtain Customer’s Feedback form from our customers to know how we did and to take step to improve our service.

We collect our agreed fees from our customers at the time of giving the possession of the premises.
